It helps with fulfilling your dogs’ lofty exercise needs, loneliness, separation anxiety, destruction and accidents.Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, or needs to be socialized with other dogs – our daycare program fits just about every dog.

Dog Cabin has 3 separate outdoor yards and 2 separate indoor yards. We staff one person per 15 dogs. Our #1 priority is keeping your dog safe and happy.

Casandra and her Colorado Mountain Dog, Siska

Casandra Naugle, owner

Casandra Naugle “Cas” is one of the new owners of Dog Cabin Resort.  Cas is a third-generation Colorado native.  She grew up on the Front Range, but spent much of her free time on the Western Slope, hunting near Powderhorn, camping, hiking, riding dirt bikes, and skiing. So when it came time to pick a college, Western was an easy choice.

Even though becoming a part owner is a new role for Cas, she is no stranger to DCR.  Cas began working at DCR in 2020.  Around the same time, she picked up a fluffy white puppy known as Siska.  It turns out that raising Siska was akin to raising a stubborn, troublesome teenager, and Cas turned to DCR for training tips and advice.  She now lives with 3 dogs, 2 cats, raises chickens and is one of DCR’s most experienced Dog Handlers.

Matt is proud to carry on the tradition of DCR: to provide a safe and fun place for dogs to stay while their owners are away. You might see Matt and his rescue pup, Pongo, out on their daily runs through town.
